Rock Solid Countertops Process

We will set up an appointment to either measure your cabinets, or measure from plans. Our professional sales staff will go over options such as colors, edging, back splash, and sink options with you. Simply call 435-773-5976

 Once you feel comfortable and ready to commit to the project, we require a 50% deposit when the contract is signed and/or when we come to template. 

Once the quote has been accepted, we can schedule for the countertop template.  We utilize the latest technology by using a tablet PC and a laser to digitally template your cabinets. All cabinets must be securely set, as well as cleared off before the template can be made.  

Before fabrication, all slabs with moderate movement will be digitally photographed on our green screen.  From there, our designer will layout all countertops in the optimal configuration. This allows the best possible matching for seams and overall appearance.  Designers and customers are welcome to come and experience the look of your tops on the computer beforehand. 

Our CNC programmer will program your countertops to be cut on our state of the art CNC saw. We utilize the best equipment in the industry. For the most precise fit and finish, we also use a CNC router.  From overall fit, to seam quality, CNC fabricated counterops are a leap ahead of the competition.  

Our skilled installers will install your countertops as well as install the undermount sinks. They will apply a sealer to natural stone surfaces.  To avoid extra seams, or big gaps between the walls and countertops, pieces will be fitted fairly snug.  some light paint touch up is usually required.  A plumber will also be needed to connect the plumbing. The installation process is usually complete within just one day.  Some circumstances will require the installers to make an additional trip.
